Initiate Your Return
Contact our customer support team via email or our online portal within 30 days of delivery to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Pack Your Items
Carefully repackage the artwork or home decor item in its original shipping container and protective materials to ensure it is not damaged during transit.
Ship the Package
Affix the provided return label or address the package to our warehouse, ensuring the RMA number is clearly visible on the outside of the box.
Receive Your Refund
Once our team inspects the returned item to verify its condition, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
